Very easy to work with and have lots of patience listening to our requirements. Guided every steps until we found the house we needed. We didn't have to settle for something. They even anticipated what we should look out for. Once we got our offer accepted, the team moved very quickly towards closing. Really enjoyed working with Angel.

Angel worked with our needs and showed us houses that closely answered what we wanted. She made it easy for us to walk through the negotiation, inspection and mortgage process. In the height of seller’s market where each house was getting multiple bids, we were able to close within two months of even starting the process of looking for a house, We are also happy with the price we locked the house at. She was fast, efficient and to the point in communications. Even the sellers’ agent liked working with her.

When it comes to buying or selling a home, there is no one I would trust more than the Mickle team. Chris and Angel listed our home for us and because of their vast knowledge about the real estate market, we obtained over asking price for our home. They are upfront, honest, professional, and respond immediately with any questions/concerns that may arise. The time and effort they put in to their work shows and allowed for us to have an amazing first time selling experience. It was easier than trying to buy a car!!!! I could not believe it. During the closing process, Chris and Angel once again, left no stone unturned. They were both present to assist us going over each detail. They are definitely advocates for their clients. We were moving to Texas from out of state and we chose the Mickle team on a recommendation. We are so glad we did! We had extenuating circumstances that made it almost impossible to be in Texas to find a home. Not to mention it was at the height of the real estate chaos here in the DFW area. I know we were not the easiest clients, but They went above and beyond to assist us in purchasing a home. We received daily MLS listings electronically and videos of homes toured for us because we couldn't be there ourselves. When we flew in for the weekend to bid on homes, she put in countless hours driving us all over the metroplex searching for the perfect home. We made more than one offer that failed but they never gave up. When we finally secured an offer, we needed to close in less than 30 days. The Mickle team made it all happen. We were here in Texas on time for my husband to start his job without having to be in a rental all due to the hard work of the Mickle team.
